Service Availability: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect availability.
User Responsibilities
Account Management
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of account credentials
- Promptly update account information when changes occur

Legal Compliance

Consent Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring proper consent is obtained before monitoring any individual. This may include employee agreements, parental consent forms, or explicit user acknowledgments depending on your jurisdiction and use case.

Violation Consequences: Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate service suspension, account termination, and potential legal action. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activities and cooperate with law enforcement.

Account Termination

This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.
