  • Monitoring without required legal consent
  • Violating privacy laws or regulations
  • Harassment or intimidation through monitoring
  • Corporate espionage or competitive intelligence
System Abuse
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized system access
  • Interfering with Software operations or servers
  • Introducing malware or harmful code
  • Overloading systems with excessive requests
  • Removing or altering proprietary notices
Enforcement

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate license termination, legal action, and liability for damages. We actively monitor for unauthorized use and will pursue all available remedies.

License Termination

  • Non-payment of subscription fees

Effects of Termination

Survival of Terms

Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination of this EULA.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Software and all related materials are proprietary to Vantagem and its licensors. This EULA grants you limited usage rights but does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
